Venture Debt

CI offers debt solutions ranging from $1 million to $5 million. Warrants are part of the overall pricing and the debt’s maturity usually extends from three to five years with principal payments typically backloaded to free up cash flow and allow time for the company to meet certain milestones or valuation inflection points. Collateral will include a priority lien or, occasionally, a subordinated lien on the borrower’s assets.
