Marina is passionate about implementing talent acquisition solutions and empowering founders and startup companies to invest in establishing formalized recruiting strategies to leverage the best talent.
As a talent acquisition partner, she is responsible for planning and strategy, organizational design, university recruiting, compliance, talent segmentation and retention, employer branding, technology infrastructure, compensation benchmarking, and general full-cycle recruitment support for CI portfolio companies and the internal CI team.
Prior to joining CI, Marina earned her BA in cognitive science from the University of Connecticut. At UConn, she met with hundreds of students, providing job search guidance and resume review services through the Center for Career Development. She also spent three years with a high-growth mental health startup, Talkspace (NASDAQ: TALK), providing talent acquisition support to scale the company from 100 to 300 employees.
Outside of work, Marina actively performs with a contemporary dance company based in Connecticut.
