Jake Hugh-Jones

Jake is an investment analyst on Connecticut Innovations’ venture team, where he evaluates early-stage consumer and technology companies and supports the investment process through due diligence, deal sourcing, and direct engagement with founders. He first joined CI as an intern on the Future Fund team, where he helped source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities, including two companies that are now part of CI’s portfolio. Prior to joining CI full time, Jake worked at a B2B SaaS company and gained equity research experience through student investment organizations at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
