Holly Williams

Holly Williams is a Fiscal and Policy Section Director for Education and Workforce Development at the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management, where she oversees education and workforce development initiatives and works across agencies to align state policy, budgeting, and economic priorities. In her role, she collaborates with public and quasi-public partners to advance programs that strengthen Connecticut’s workforce, higher education system, and innovation economy.
