Bo Bradstreet
Talent Acquisition Director
To better support the talent needs of our portfolio, Bo Bradstreet has joined Connecticut Innovations (CI) as Talent Acquisition Director in a part-time, contracted role. In his role, Bo partners with CI portfolio companies on talent acquisition solutions, including planning and strategy, process excellence, compliance, recruitment for our board of directors and executive staff, talent segmentation and retention, tools and technology, outsourcing, employment branding, compensation, and metrics and analytics.
Since 2012, Bo has been Managing Partner at Bohan & Bradstreet, Inc., a boutique national talent acquisition firm based in Connecticut and recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Recruiters–Executive Search in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Bohan & Bradstreet partners with early-stage companies looking to grow and middle-market organizations across diverse industries, including financial services, life sciences, manufacturing and technology, to name a few, and supports roles across all major business functions, including accounting and finance, human resources, legal and compliance, operations, R&D and engineering, sales and marketing, technology, etc. Prior to joining Bohan & Bradstreet, Bo spent more than 10 years in the banking industry, including six years at Citibank. He completed two multi-year leadership programs at Citibank, and his impact at the Bank transcended multiple lines of business, including commercial banking, private banking, global credit cards, retail banking and residential mortgages. Prior to Citibank, Bo spent over four years at Greenwich Associates, with his last role serving as Team Leader–Institutional Equities, and started his career at Putnam Investments. Bo sits on the board of directors at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare and Junior Achievement of Southwest New England. Bo earned his MBA in marketing and management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his B.S. in finance and marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
