Connecticut Innovations (CI) is hosting our second annual CI Talent Fair on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at District New Haven, to connect more than 30 CI portfolio companies with emerging talent from Connecticut colleges and universities. Attendees will gain exclusive access to apply for internships and full-time positions with Connecticut’s most innovative companies. This unique experience includes direct networking with industry leaders, on-site interview opportunities, and a dedicated application portal available only to fair attendees.

Live from District New Haven, The Whiffenpoofs, the world’s oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group, will put on a 15-minute, special performance, mixing old Yale tunes, jazz standards and other hits from across the decades. Founded in 1909, the “Whiffs” began as a senior quartet that met weekly at Mory’s Temple Bar. Today, the group has become one of Yale’s most celebrated traditions, performing more than 200 concerts across six continents each year.
Linda Clemons is a nationally recognized body language and connection expert helping people communicate with confidence—often before they ever say a word. With more than three decades of experience, Linda has built her career around the power of nonverbal communication and how it shapes trust, influence and leadership. She’ll share practical insights on how to come across more powerfully in interviews, presentations and everyday conversations, while inspiring the audience to connect with purpose and lead with presence.
