Matt Panicali
Director, Investments
Matt joined Connecticut Innovations in 2014 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing venture debt and equity investments in high-growth technology companies. He works closely with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and lenders to develop financing solutions that help companies scale and achieve key milestones.
Matt’s investment focus includes enterprise software, fintech, healthcare, climate technology, and other innovation-driven sectors that strengthen Connecticut’s innovation ecosystem. Prior to joining CI, he held a variety of finance and credit administration roles throughout his career. Matt earned an M.B.A with a concentration in finance from the University of New Haven.
