The clean energy community is constantly seeking more information about program progress for the CTCleanEnergyOptions program, SmartPower’s 20% by 2010™ Campaign, and the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund’s Connecticut Clean Energy Communities program.  This web page is the clearinghouse of information for anyone interested in learning more about the expansion of a voluntary clean energy market.
  Clean Energy Communities Program – Qualifications
